The Ellerslie Place Homeowners Association Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Ellerslie Place Homeowners Association.

Online Payment Policies
Refund & Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure yearly dues are paid. These payments are non-refundable. If a payment is cancelled prior to the completion of processing, the homeowner will remain responsible for any amount that remains due.
Fulfillment Policy
If a homeowner elects to pay their dues online (through the website or through an online invoice) a receipt will be provided automatically at the time of the transaction. Any payments submitted through the PO Box or in person must be made by check which will represent the receipt for payment of dues.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
Ellerslie Place Homeowners Association reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Ellerslie Place Homeowners Association Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Ellerslie Place Homeowners Association Web Site.
